For optimum quality of images, the recommended minimum resolution for A4 photo printing is 3510 x 2490 pixels. For the small head shot you can provide an image equivalent to A6 paper dimensions in pixels at 300 DPI: 1240 pixels x 1748 pixels (print resolution).
